Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy – Wholesale Sarees Hub (WSH)
- We ship all orders directly from our verified Surat/Kolkata manufacturers.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after advance payment confirmation.
- Delivery time varies by location:
- Maharashtra: 2–5 days
- South India: 4–7 days
- North/East India: 5–9 days
- Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.
- All shipments are done through trusted partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, BlueDart, etc.
- Shipping charges depend on weight, distance & courier serviceability and are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Bulk parcels may be shipped in multiple consignments depending on weight/volume
Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy – Wholesale Sarees Hub (WSH)
As a wholesale platform dealing with manufacturers, we follow strict but fair return rules.
- Only manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement.
- Color variation due to lighting/camera is not considered a defect.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with a video of parcel opening (mandatory).
- No returns on:
- Used products
- Sarees without original packing
- Products cut, stitched, washed, or altered
- Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 working days to the customer’s bank/UPI.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy – Wholesale Sarees Hub (WSH)
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.
- For COD orders (if enabled), customers must pay the required advance amount, failing which the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Manufacturers may cancel orders if stock is unavailable. In such cases, full amount will be refunded.
